In this strip, Calvin announces he likes to verb words, something Shakespeare also did a lot of. Hobbes decides that verbing could make language a “complete impediment to understand”–funny, that’s a complaint we often hear about Shakespeare’s language. But isn’t it beautiful when he says “Grace me no grace, nor uncle me no uncle,” as one example?

Artist and designerPete Fecteau spent the better part of 2010 creating a mosaic of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. using 4,242 Rubik’s Cubes. The mosaic measures 18’6″ by 9’8″ and weighs approximately 1,000 pounds. This project is called Dream Big.
